Dominating the vineyard of the Domaine de la Châtaignière, a property labeled Vignobles et Chais en Bordelais, this beautiful windmill, in operation, allows you to discover what the work of the millers could be. It has the particularity of having been built in the 1980s but with meticulous respect for all the old data, both in the pivoting roof and its wings fitted with linen fabrics when it turns, as well as in the interior fittings and its gears. A few steps away, the vine and wine museum: restored plows, wine pumps, press. Picnics are possible on a shaded site.
