My dream was to restore a mill, but we couldn't find one in the area, so in 1984 we decided to build one!

Located on a pleasant site, overlooking the village of "Courrière", the Moulin des Grandes Vignes opens its wings to the Périssac vineyard.
Built in 1984, this windmill is fully equipped and therefore remains one of the few capable of grinding wheat. Completed in 1988, it is possible today to visit it and to dive back on what could be the work of the miller.
You can also visit the Vine and Wine Museum which has a collection of tools that our elders used in the vineyards and cellars: plow, wine pumps, copper sulphator, “corker”… the various aspects of the winemaking profession. winegrower in the last century will no longer have any secrets for you.
