Nestled in the center of the picturesque village of Asques, overlooking the Dordogne valley, the craft brewery Tribu Zytha welcomes you for a visit to the brewery and the discovery of Zythology, the science of studying beer, and the tasting of local beers.
The company wants to be eco-responsible in its production: reuse of bottles, no cardboard packaging but crates made of Landes pine battens that they manufacture themselves and which are consigned, honey from the village to sweeten the white beer, labels printed 5 km from the brewery....
Malted cereals, hops, addition of local honey ... the brewer will show you the brewing phases leading to authentic beers.
