Want to meet passionate winegrowers? 35 km north-east of Bordeaux, the Lhuillier family opens the doors to Château Haut Gaussens, a restored XNUMXth century residence. In the small hilly village of Vérac, Stéphane and Delphine Lhuillier communicate their passion for vines and wine to you and invite you to take a tour of the owner in their company.
First, discover the particularities of this 15-hectare vineyard which dominates the slopes of the Fronsadais. Many times rewarded, Stéphane comments on the meticulous work carried out on each plot: pruning, stripping, sorting... He then takes you on a tour of the cellars that he has modernized and explains the winemaking process to you. Take advantage of the tasting to continue the conversation. The Operation has been certified HVE3 (High Environmental Value) since July 2019.
