Alain, originally from Ch'ti, brews his craft beer with passion using the abbey method. His love for beers rich in flavor, with body and smoothness, shines through in every sip. To guarantee quality and authenticity, the brewery uses organic French barley and hops.
Located in the heart of the village, the brewery is much more than just a production site. Every Friday evening, from 17pm to 22pm, it transforms into a welcoming tavern where Alain and his team share their passion with visitors. You can enjoy sharing platters, croques, roasted camemberts, or even typical northern Welsh, accompanied of course by a delicious homemade beer.
