The SEL is an exchange system that is part of the perspective of an alternative to the current economic system. Through its thinking and practices, it participates in the transition to a fairer society, respectful of human beings and the environment.
We carry out exchanges of goods, services and knowledge with respect, mutual and collective interest. The value of these exchanges is based on time, expressed in local units (drops of water at SEL de la Saye), in an equitable manner, without reference to the mercantile system.
We allow each member to reveal, recognize and enhance their resources in cooperation, solidarity, reciprocity and interpersonal skills.
