Pascale, educator for 16 years, offers you in Périssac, Mondays and Thursdays during the day and in the evening:
- fitness-type gymnastics classes (warm-up, small cardio, muscle strengthening with machines, stretching)
- pilates classes (method inspired by yoga, dance and gymnastics)

The pilates method is practiced on the floor, on a mat and with different machines; improves posture, strength, coordination and healthy breathing and is aimed at everyone, athletes or beginners, young or old.
