Cyclotourism is an outdoor activity open to everyone and for all types of bikes. Within the club we practice road cycling, mountain biking, and have one of the 5 French Cycling Schools in Gironde. We accept VAE (Electrically Assisted Bicycle) Young people and adults take part in road and mountain bike rides organized by neighboring clubs, without competition or classification. The French Cycling School (Cycling School) welcomes young girls and boys from 8 to 18 years old on Saturday afternoons from 14:00 p.m. to 16:30 p.m. in the Pascal OBISPO room at LA LANDE DE FRONSAC. In addition to walks on the paths, the alleys of vines, in the undergrowth, we teach young people, road safety, mechanics, cartography, orientation, Piloting, organization chart of our federation.
